These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CrossPostr website, API, MCP server, and dashboard (the "Service"), operated by FSL Software Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 17258058, registered office 2 Rhosili Road, Cefn Hengoed, CF82 7JE), trading as CrossPostr ("CrossPostr", "we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account, your API keys, and all activity under them. Keep your credentials secret; notify us promptly of any unauthorised use at support@crosspostr.io.

2. The Service

CrossPostr lets you connect your YouTube and TikTok accounts and publish content, schedule posts, and retrieve analytics across them from a single API and interface. You authorise CrossPostr to act on your behalf on the platforms you connect, within the scopes you grant.

3. Connected platforms

Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies, including the YouTube Terms of Service, the Google Terms of Service, and TikTok's Terms of Service. You are responsible for ensuring your content and activity comply with them. CrossPostr is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, YouTube, TikTok, or ByteDance.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

5. Your content

You retain all ownership of the content you submit. You grant CrossPostr a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transmit, and publish that content solely to operate the Service on your behalf. You represent that you have all rights necessary to publish the content you submit.

6. Fees & billing

Your first three connected accounts are free; additional connected accounts are billed per account per month at the rates shown on our pricing page. Fees are processed by Stripe. Charges for a connected account stop when you disconnect it. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing on reasonable notice.

7. Availability & changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Connected platforms may change or restrict their APIs, which can affect functionality. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not responsible for the acts, policies, or availability of connected platforms.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, data, or goodwill; and our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid in the three months before the claim, or £100.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify FSL Software Ltd against claims, losses, and costs arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of a connected platform's terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where required to protect the Service or comply with law. On termination we delete your connected-account tokens as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
